Priority setting within the mandatory results framework

Is it possible for a fund operator to focus on only one area of interest, or to give greater relative weight to one or two areas of interest in the application?

The Civil Society Fund results framework is mandatory in its entirety, meaning that all Fund Operators must address all predefined outcomes and outputs in their programmes. However, this does not require an equal emphasis on each outcome and output.
If a Fund Operator chooses to prioritize certain areas, this must be clearly justified and substantiated in the application, ensuring that the approach aligns with country-specific needs, strategic priorities, and the broader objectives of the Fund.
