What is the difference between the Steering Committee, the Executive Board, and (non-)executive management?
The Steering Committee is the managing body of the Fund Operator consortium. The Executive Board refers to the governing bodies of the individual consortium members (e.g. supervisory board).
What is understood as executive management depends on the structure of, and level of seniority in, your organisation. This can vary from organisation to organisation. Members of the executive management are considered as people with influence over decision-making processes in the organisation (e.g. director/Chief Financial Officer) whereas non-executive management are line managers/team leads without such influence.
