Would a non-profit making, non-governmental, autonomous organisation which receives government funding be eligible? All other eligibility criteria are satisfied.The level and content of the government funding needs to be assessed on a case by case basis in order to determine without a doubt the independence of the organisation from local, regional and central government as required by the eligibility criteria under section 5.2 of the Terms of Reference.
