What is the minimum and maximum number of consortium partners in the Fund Operator?
The minimum number of organisations required in a consortium is two. There are no requirements regarding the maximum number of organisations within a consortium, however the number of members of a consortium should be suited to ensure the effective and close cooperation necessary for the efficient and successful development and implementation of the programme. Each member of the consortium shall be allocated at least 5% of the management fee, and the consortium lead shall not be allocated more than 70% of the management fee. However, please note that the management set-up of, including the composition and division of roles within the consortium, will be assessed as part of the award criteria as described in section 5.3 of the Terms of Reference.
