If we have to have approval from the FMO to publish open calls for proposals, how do we time for this when we set the tentative timeline for the calls?
According to the Programme Implementation Agreement (PIA), the English translation of the call text must be submitted to the FMO at least three weeks before the planned launch date. To ensure a smooth process, Fund Operators should finalize and translate their draft call text well in advance—ideally allowing sufficient time for internal review before submission to the FMO. This means that when setting their timeline, they should plan for the call text to be completed and translated at least three weeks before the intended launch.
