Is there a minimum, maximum or an advised number of project(s) that shall be supported/granted by the Fund Operator? Is there an advised average amount, a grant/project shall be? The Terms of Reference and the Programme Implementation Agreement do not define a minimum or maximum number of projects to be supported by the programme. It is up to the bidder to propose appropriate modalities and these will be assessed under award criterion 3.3 described in section 5.3 of the Terms of Reference.
