Who decides at the end of the day on the projects proposals (of course not on the current FO bid)?
What is the responsibility of the FO? The responsibility for the decision on the projects to be funded lies with the Fund Operator. For more details on the selection process please see Chapter 7. of the Programme Implementation Agreement.
