How can I know whether my organisation is eligible for funding?

All entities are advised to consult the eligibility criteria as described in section 5.2 of the Terms of Reference.
As per the criteria, the Lead Bidder must be a registered entity in the Beneficiary State, be non-profit-making with a non-commercial purpose and have relevant grant-making and/or re-granting experience within the civil society sector. All Lead and Co-Bidders must be registered as legal entities in the EEA, form a consortium, be independent of local, regional and central government, political parties and religious institutions, and have experience working with the civil society sector in Beneficiary State. At least one member of the consortium must have sufficient experience strengthening civil society capacity and sustainability.
The reference to the Terms of Reference is not intended to replace the consultation of the Terms of Reference for the role of Fund Operator. In case of any inconsistency with the Terms of Reference and their annexes, the latter shall prevail.
