Does the English translation of the external audit report need to be certified?
According to the last paragraph of section 7.2 in the Terms of Reference ‘where supporting documents are not in English, a translation into English of the relevant parts of the documents should be provided’. Certification is not a requirement.
Can you please confirm that in section 3 only the most recent auditor’s financial statement certification needs to be in English?
The financial statements do not need to be submitted in English. However, we reserve the right to ask for a translation.
