What happens if the FMO receives only one bid per country?


Bids will be assessed according to the steps and criteria described in section 6 of the Terms of Reference. As described in that section, the FMO is not bound to accept any of the submitted bids, irrespective of the number or quality of the bids received. Should the FMO receive one bid, the FMO will assess that bid and decide on an appropriate course of action based on the result of that assessment.
