What happens if it is not possible to find a Fund Operator based on the tender?In accordance with the Terms of Reference section 6.3, the FMO is not bound to accept any of the submitted bids, irrespective of the number or quality of the bids received. It reserves the right to reject all bids received and to make, if it deems fit, a new request for tenders.
