What staff should be included in the bid?
Bidders should ensure all relevant staff as per the Terms of Reference and details in the Bid Form are included in their bid. Under Section 4 of the Bid Form, bidders must include information relevant to assess whether the bidder has the management capacity, qualifications and expertise required to successfully design, implement and complete the Programme, in accordance with the Terms of Reference. Under Section 6.3, bidders must include information relevant to assess the management fee budget and how it relates to, among other things, the staff each organisation will have.
