The deadline for submitting bids in all Beneficiary States is 8 April 2025 at 13:00 CET.
Late submission will lead to the non-admissibility of the bid and its rejection from the award procedure.
Questions may be sent to the FMO through this portal, no later than ten working days before the deadline for the submission of bids. The FMO has no obligation to provide clarifications to questions received after this date.
No individual replies will be given to questions. Questions and answers will be published on this portal under the Q&A section. It is therefore advisable to consult it regularly.
To ensure equal treatment of bidders, the FMO cannot give a prior opinion on the eligibility of bidders, an action, or specific activities.
