What happens after the bid submission

Once the bid has been submitted, an automatic confirmation email will be sent by the GrACE system together with a copy of the bid. This is simply a receipt of submission and does not mean that the bid has met the administrative and eligibility requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference. 


Bids will be checked for administrative and eligibility compliance against the criteria described in section 5.1 and 5.2 of the Terms of Reference. If the bid does not meet these criteria, the bid may be rejected on that sole basis and the bid will not be assessed further. 


Bids that pass the administrative and eligibility check will be assessed based on the information provided in the Bid Form and the supporting documents, using the criteria and scoring provided in the assessment grid in section 5.3 of the Terms of Reference.
